GRATITUDE WORKS! PATHWAYS TO EMOTIONAL PROSPERITY
Gratitude is one of life's most vital ingredients. A grateful mindset can heal, energize, and transform, and in so doing, make a profound difference in people's lives. Drawing upon spiritual foundations and psychological science, we will discover why gratitude works and learn how to harness its power for greater effectiveness, long-term happiness, reduced stress and depression, and greater peace and well-being in life. The ultimate purpose of the study will be learning how to train oneself to reap the rewards of a grateful living in one's personal life, marriage, workplace, and spiritual community.
